Custom Orders

• All sales of custom orders are final.

• Custom orders are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Standard Products

• You may return standard (non-custom) products within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

• Contact Bear Creek Design Studio within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

• Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

• After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exceptions & Additional Information

• Bear Creek Design Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
